 REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our offerings:

  • Coaching

  • Consulting

  • Digital products (ebooks, courses, downloads)

No refunds will be issued.

For physical merchandise:

  • Exchanges or replacements are only offered for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. 
     

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments

  • Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled

 DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Products:
Delivered via email or platform access after purchase.

Coaching/Consulting:
Delivered at scheduled appointment times.

Merchandise:
Processing and shipping times may vary. Tracking will be provided when available.
 

 PAYMENT TERMS
